Our Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions and process for returning items purchased from the Site.

  • Step 3: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with necessary details and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Do not send your item back to us without first requesting a return.

3. Return Shipping

We may share your personal information with third parties in the following circumstances:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
  • When shipping an item over , consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund within a certain number of business days after receiving our refund confirmation email, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and follow the return initiation process.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 24 hours) with evidence and your order number. We will assess the issue and arrange for a resolution.
